Designed to provide comfort and scientific information to 100 passengers visiting Galapagos National Park, this vesser reaches the remotest islands of dhe Archipelago. The Galapagos Explorer II was built 1990 in Italy and is one of the newest and safest vessels cruising the Galapago´s water. The vessel offers 50 suites, all of them with air condition, television, refrigerated bar and satellite communications. The cruise liner also offers jacuzzi, a pianobar, a library etc.

The Galápagos Explorer II is however, more than just a cruise liner. It is a vessel adapted to ecotourism operations that provides environmental education.
