You can learn Spanish as you like it: with Individual classes or in Minigroups (max. 5 students). With the Standard course, there is the chance to attend a MinigroupPlus arrangement where you have 20 lessons in a group and 10 lessons in Individual classes.

Standard course
The Standard course offers students within 2 to 4 weeks to learn basic structures of the Spanish language. The stress is mainly on communication and aim is that the level of conversation of each student rises according to daily talks and dialogues. With this, the ability to hear and understand is trained and the student will be able to take part in conversations outside of the school building.

Intensive course
In 30 lessons á 50 minutes, the Spanish student should improve its oral and written skills within 2 to 4 weeks on the base of already known structures. Dialogues about themes of history and cultures should help to lift the level of talks step by step and to boost the spontaneity in complex situations. Other aims of the course are the compilation of texts with interesting context and especially the enlargement of vocabulary knowledge and improvement of sentence structure.

Traveler's Crash course
This course exists especially for the needs of travelers to Ecuador. After only 1 or 2 weeks, the Non-speaking-student is - at least - able to articulate easy sentences and react to short questions. Themes range from greeting to weather, transport and shopping to emergency situations. The dialogues are interactive and easy, but the result of the lessons is multifunctional and very useful.

Culture and Orientation
It will only take one week to inform the interested about the diversity of the country. The most important subjects will be history, geography and culture od Ecuador. If requested, other themes such as politics and business wil be talked about, too. The different methods of teaching will be discussions and short reports but also interviews and lecture.

Literatura Latinoamericana
Aim of this course is to use the Spanish language practically with the four linguistic competences. Texts from the South American continent are, of course, the focus. The repetition of the content should include different aspects of linguistics in connection to an introduction to Latin American and Ecuadorian culture.

The Academia Bipo y Toni’s offers, next to the Spanish lessons, regular courses in dancing and cooking. Furthermore, there is the possibility of taking part in weekly day excursions or - optionally - once a month to learn spanish at the coast, in Baños, in Otavalo or in the rainforest. The school informs about travels in Scuador twice a week and does have a tourism and travel counselor of its own. Of course, every student can learn more about Quito within the hours of its course and just put the lessons "outside of the school": a visit to a museum or a market would be a nice change!
